To pay for the course, you can pay online by clicking the buttons below.  You can post a cheque payable to 'My Club Coach' to Field View, East End, nr North Leigh, Witney, Oxon.  The course cost is £60.   The course costs for members of Esporta Health Clubs (any) or Woodstock Tennis Club is £48.
